2022-2023As one of India’s fastest-growing private sector banks, IDFC FIRST Bank strives to become the world’s most customer-friendly bank. To support this mission, we partnered with BCG and IDFC teams to design a scalable system of reusable components and pattern libraries while optimizing key user journeys such as investing in mutual funds, comparing funds, creating fixed deposits, and adding money etc. The collaboration involved close coordination with project managers, UX researchers, and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive, high-quality experience across the app.

The redesigned experience contributed to a 4.8-star rating on the app store, over 10 million users, and multiple accolades including “Best Mobile Banking App 2024” by Capital Finance International. The app was also rated #1 in India and #4 globally by Forrester’s Digital Experience Review™ for its focus on customer well-being, comprehensive financial tools, and personalized insights. Services
