2024Founded in 2016, UST HealthProof is a health tech company that delivers platform-based solutions to leading healthcare organizations, streamlining operations and enhancing member experiences. The team was tasked with a comprehensive brand and digital transformation—spanning brand strategy, visual direction, and the creation of a scalable design system.

Through close collaboration with the leadership team, we conducted stakeholder interviews, landscape analysis, and discovery workshops to align the digital experience with their mission of freeing health plans from administrative burdens. The redesign introduced a tech-forward visual language, intuitive interface design, and consistent UX patterns across desktop, tablet, and mobile. The modular design system ensures scalability across current and future products, providing a cohesive and adaptable framework.
